Plans are underway for the 2014 Robins Roundup. Mark your calendars for June 13 and 14.

10 a.m. PARADE
The Robins Roundup parade will march down Main Street following a route from Robins Square to City Hall. Organizers have a new entry category this year for Roundup Costume to best depict the Roundup theme "The Heat is On
Special guests include CR Titians' Dolls, KCRG TV9 Weatherman Justin Gehrts, Jones County Fair with the CR Spirits, CR Roughriders' Ricochet, Hilltop Ranch carriage & horses, Shriner groups, Marine Color Guard, Grand Marshall Mayor Hinz, legislators, and CR Kernels Mr. Shucks.
1 p.m. FAMILY BICYCLE RIDE
Gather at Robins City Hall and ride to the Cedar Valley Nature
Trail for a family bicycle ride through Robins. This route is for
all levels. Helmets are required for all, and adult supervision
is required for riders under 12 years of age. Refreshments will be available along the route, and Kid’s Playzone tickets will be given to young participants!
All evening events take place at the South Troy City Park in Robins.
4 – 8 p.m. KID’S PLAYZONE/ PETTING ZOO
Kids will enjoy inflatables, organized activities and games. There will also be clowns and face-painting!
4 – 9 p.m. FOOD CONCESSIONS
Grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, pork loin and brats, along with popcorn and more. Soft drinks and water will be available.
5 – 6:30 p.m. The River Ciders
Where classic rock meets modern country.
7 – 11 p.m. DOGS ON SKIS
Since 1986, Dogs On Skis have been entertaining Iowans and those in the surrounding states. Playing everything from classics to top 40 hits
9:45 p.m. FIREWORKS
UNTIL 11 p.m. DOGS ON SKIS IS BACK

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for outdoor seating.
Parking is available on marked streets only or in event parking lots along Main Street. On-site parking at the South Troy Park is available on grass, weather permitting. Park hard-surface parking reserved for sponsors and handicapped.

12 and under are encouraged and appreciated.
The Robins Civic Club is a 501c3 nonprofit organization comprised of Robins residents and business owners who are interested in seeing our community thrive. The club organizes and hosts community-oriented activities including the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Robins Roundup and Christmas tree lighting and party. Proceeds raised from various events go to community improvements. The organization includes elected officers and a board of directors. The Civic Club meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Robins Community Center. New members are always welcome.
